With our configurator, many thousands of dream bikes are configured every year. For many customers, this is already the basis with which they go to their dealer for advice.
The current crisis surrounding Corona/Covid-19 has presented us with the challenge that many of our specialist dealers can no longer advise and sell directly. That is why you can now buy your dream bike directly online and have it delivered via your specialist dealer. With this measure, we as a family business would also like to explicitly strengthen our specialist dealers.
IT'S VERY SIMPLE!
Find your dream bike on our homepage and use the configurator to specify it in more detail. Choose, among other things, your gears, your frame shape and height and, above all, your favorite color. Once the bike is configured, you can order it directly, choosing the dealer near you where you would like to pick it up. After ordering and payment, you will receive an order confirmation with a delivery date. Your chosen dealer will contact you as soon as he has received the bike and will then arrange a pick-up date. The dealer will hand over the bike to you ready to ride and will also explain the functions, which is very important especially with e-bikes.
Should you have any questions while configuration or the ordering process, you still can profit from our FAQ, a hotline (8 am - 5 pm) and contact us via e-mail. Of course, you can also call to your trusted dealer. He will certainly be happy to help you with detailed questions.
Please note that we produce your bike individually for you and do not deliver ready-made bikes. This means that it can take between 2-6 weeks from production to delivery, depending on the availability of all components.
